A traditional German Hefe Weizen. Overberg Weiss is a beautifully pale refreshing beer- highly carbonated yet with a lovely creamy texture. An American Pale Ale. A medium bodied beer with a light caramel and toasted malt taste. The use of citrus peels enhances the fruity, citrus aromas and flavours derived from the three varieties of American hops used. An Irish Red Ale. A medium bodied Irish Red Ale with an initial soft toffee and caramel sweetness, which eventually gives way to the floral English hops and a touch of dryness in the finish. The appropriately neutral flavour profile yeast allows this ale to be slightly malty in balance. All of this is brought to your palate by small bubbles of nitrogen to make this ale silky smooth and extremely drinkable. Tastes like more.
