A medium bodied Irish Red Ale with an initial soft toffee and caramel sweetness, which eventually gives way to the floral English hops and a touch of dryness in the finish. The appropriately neutral flavour rpofile yeast allows this ale to be slightly malty in balance. All of this is brought to your palate by small bubbles of nitrogen to make this ale silky smooth and extremely drinkable.
