Overberg Weiss is a beautifully pale refreshing beer – highly carbonated yet with a a lovely creamy texture. The unique yeast (responsible for the beautiful haze) produces the fruity banana and bubble gum as well as spicy clove aromas. The balance between the dry maltiness and the light traditional German hops make this beer very drinkable with a clean and smooth aftertaste.
